If you paid for your purchase but the resources did not appear in the game:
1) Check your Internet connection. In many cases, the delivery of a purchase depends on the quality of the connection. If the connection was interrupted during or after the payment, the purchase may not appear immediately. In this case, switch your internet connection type (from Wi-Fi to mobile data or vice versa) and restart the game.
2) Make sure the transaction was successful, meaning that the payment was charged and you received a receipt.
3) If the recommendations above did not help, please, contact Support and provide the order number from the email sent by Google or Apple and/or the screenshot of the receipt.
